"tadaima modorimasshita! L'Arc~en~Ciel desu," Hyde's voice excited the 56,000 people in the Tokyo Dome. After the 8 months long break, it is the first live of L'Arc~en~Ciel. The tickets were sold in 4 minutes, broke the fastest record in the year. It was the first time L'arc performed in Tokyo Dome. Also, it is the new drummer, Yukihiro first performance with L'Arc~en~Ciel. After this concert, he officially joined the band.

The first song they performed is "niji", the first single released after the long break. "niji" finished, drummer, Yukihiro began to play the drum, Ken and Tetsu were playing on the left and right of the stage.

6 songs had been performed, there was a break. Hyde said, " kokode, minna ni shinkyoku wo kiite moraou to omoimasu." The next three songs are from new album and singles. They are "Shout at the Devil", "DIVE TO BLUE", "winter fall". Then, when they were performing "LORELEY", the big screen behind Hyde showed a pairs of white wings, Hyde looked like an angel.^_^ He was playing saxophone.

The atmosphere became more exciting and higher, the band performed some older songs. Then they left the stage suddenly. Everybodies were thinking if the live was ended already. Fans were shouting "encore" loudly. About 10 mintues, the members came back to the stage. The fans cheered happily.

Then they performed three more songs, "I Wish", "kaze ni kienaide" and "I'm so happy". Hyde said, "laruku wa, koko kara atarashii ippo wo mi hajimemasu. umare kawatta laruku wo, kore kara mo ouen shite kudasai." Then, "niji" was performed once more time. This song was the feeling of the members wanted to give message with this song to the fans who have been waited long".

At last, the members left the stage. The big screen showed a bunch of message. It said that day was the begining of L'Arc~en~Ciel's activity; 02. 25. 1998 is the date new album, HEART release; the new tour(from May) was decided etc. Everyone was clapping when they saw the message. This live brought the hope to the new L'Arc~en~Ciel and gave the summary of the old L'Arc~en~Ciel.
